Glebe House School host Quicksticks Festival

On Weds 30th November eight school teams took part in a Quicksticks Festival organised and hosted by Glebe House School. Schools competing were Glebe House x3, St Martha's x2, St Georges Junior x2 and Brancaster.

Following some very close pool matches the semi-finals saw Glebe Blues narrowly beating St Georges by a single goal whilst Glebe Greens again narrowly beating St Martha's by 3 goals to 2. Glebe Greens won a hard fought final by a solitary 2 goals to 1.

Thanks are extended to the Sports Leaders from Smithdon High School who umpired the matches so well and to Glebe House for co-ordinating the festival.
