Glebe win SSP Mini Tennis tournament

Congratulations to Glebe House school who became West Norfolk Mini Tennis champions on Friday. 

School teams from across West Norfolk competed in a series of doubles matches at KES trying their best to avoid the rain showers.

Schools taking part were - Glebe, South Wootton, Narborough, Sporle, Marshland St James, Tilney St Lawrence, Terrington St John, Hilgay, Upwell and Ten Mile Bank 

Thanks go to Jeremy Hodges for running the event along with Tony Devenish from the LTA and Stanley Roffe and Tom Bunting from the KES Tennis Centre. 

Overall winners were Glebe House with runners up being Marshland St James and third place South Wootton who will both go through to the School Games county finals on Tues 19th June. We wish them the best of luck at the finals being held at Easton college Tennis centre
