West Norfolk students got off to a blistering start to the two day School Games County Finals at UEA Sportspark.
There were some outstanding performances on the Hockey pitches with Springwood winning the In2 Hockey competition and St Georges and St Marthas coming 3rd and 4th respectively in the Quicksticks Hockey.
On the Netball courts Upwell finished 3rd in the Large Schools Hi5 Netball and Narborough were crowned champions of the Small schools Hi5 Netball.
In Basketball Springwood were winners while Kings Lynn Academy swept the opposition away winning the Indoor Rowing title.
At the Trigolf competition Swaffham Junior secured Silver medals after a series of skill stations for putting and chipping.
Wimbotsham competed really well at the Sportshall Athletics while South Wootton, Castle Acre and Glebe House performed well at the Tag Rugby finishing just outside the top two.
In the Aquathlon Springwood Juniors finished 4th while KES seniors won Silver medals.
Throughout the day the Playground to Podium competitors took part in Athletics, Boccia and Wheelchair Basketball.
During the first day KES provided a team to support the Media coverage and Smithdon Young Netball Umpires provided support at the Hi5 competition.
