Kielder Challenge Regional Heats 2011

King's Lynn Academy took part in this year's Kielder Challenge at Brandon Country Club. The team consisted of 4 able bodied students and 4 less able. The team had to compete over 5 problem solving activities. The team did really well by scoring maximum points on the first 3 activities and just dipped a point on the 4th and 5th activity. The points overal were very close with 6 points seperating the 1st and 2nd place.

KLA finished in a very creditable 2nd place, this was a brilliant achievement for the team, who worked very well together. The winning team will now take part in the National finals in the Kielder Forest in September.

 The team consisted of:

Natasha, Amber, Melissa, AJ, Keeley, Tim, Ben, Aaron
