Vision – “For every young person in West Norfolk to develop the habit to be physically active in order to lead a healthy, happy and successful life”.

Mission – “To provide a range of services to engage all young people in West Norfolk in high quality PE and sport”.

We have also set the following four strategic goals;

Strategic Goal 1 – To support schools to ensure all pupils develop basic physical literacy by experiencing a broad range of sports & physical activities whilst building an understanding of the importance of leading a healthy and active lifestyle.

Strategic Goal 2 – To provide a range of events including competitions and festivals to give pupils the opportunity to succeed whilst also inspiring them to develop their skills/interest further.

Strategic Goal 3 – To provide opportunities to help pupils develop leadership skills through sport.

Strategic Goal 4 – To promote links to community exit routes to ensure pupils continue to participate in their favourite sports/physical activities for the rest of their lives.
